He offers a skills based, short term, solution focused approach to counseling. His work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for obsessive compulsive behaviors, Gottman techniques for couples counseling, and Adlerian therapy. He is passionate about helping couples explore and improve communication, parenting, intimacy, and sexuality using Gottman informed techniques.

He is enthusiastic about working with diverse populations and has a particular commitment to affirming and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, striving to create a welcoming space for all clients.
