Individual therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to work through what you are carrying. Our clinicians help you understand what is happening, what might be driving it, and what genuinely helps. You will work at your pace toward steadier ground, with practical tools and a clear sense of direction. We work with adults, adolescents, and children across a wide range of concerns.

What sessions may involve
A collaborative, paced process.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs. Your therapist draws on evidence based approaches and adapts them to your life, helping you build awareness, coping skills, and momentum toward what matters to you. Because no two people are the same, the work is shaped around your goals rather than a fixed script.
How this service works
Reasons someone may seek individual counseling: anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, or relationship struggles. You do not need a diagnosis to begin.
Therapist matching: our intake team listens to what you are looking for and helps match you with a clinician whose experience, approach, and availability fit your situation.
Approaches across the practice: clinicians draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, trauma informed care, mindfulness, and strengths based work. Intake can tell you which therapist uses the approach that fits you.
What to expect: the first session is a consultation where you describe what is happening and what you want. From there, you and your therapist set a direction and revisit it as your needs change.
How to begin: request a consultation. The intake team will explain current availability and help you choose a therapist and format.
