  2. 02

    Get thoughtfully matched

  3. 03

    Plan your first appointment

Receive clear next steps so you know what to expect before you walk through the door.

Therapist matching

How we help you find the right fit.

During your intake conversation, we listen for what you are looking for and what kind of support might fit. We consider each clinician's experience, approach, and availability, and we help you understand your options.

You do not have to figure out which therapist is right on your own. If the first match does not feel right, you can let us know and we will help you find a better fit.

Matched by experience and approach

We pair you with a clinician whose specialties and style fit what you described.

No obligation

The consultation is free. If it is not the right time, that is okay.

Portal and paperwork

Portal access and your paperwork.

After your intake conversation, we send you an email invitation to our secure client portal. The portal is where you will complete your paperwork before your first appointment.

Use the portal for appointments, telehealth sessions, paperwork, and existing-client account access.

Portal access is provided by our team after your intake conversation. If you are a current client and need help logging in, contact our intake team.

Portal access is set up by our team after your intake conversation. You will receive an invitation by email with instructions for logging in.

  • What if I cannot access the portal?

If you have trouble with the portal, contact our intake team and we will help you get set up or arrange another way to complete your paperwork.
